Currently under construction, and located right beside Jurong Penjuru Dormitory (I) (JPD I), this dormitory promises to be an improved version of its predecessor. Although constructed barely one year apart, it is a testament to MESPL’s commitment to continual improvement that feedback from tenants of JPD I is taken into consideration in the construction of the new dormitory.

Hence, although on the outset Jurong Penjuru Dormitory (I) and (II) are similar in size and design, a number of improvements are included in the latter. These are mainly found inside the Residential Units, with the desired result to make the dormitory more comfortable and functional for its tenants. Other facilities and amenities that are still being sought for both Jurong Penjuru Dormitory (I) and (II) are AXS Terminals, SAM Terminals, and ATMs. The ultimate aim is to give foreign workers a living environment not unlike local residents who have such conveniences at their disposal.

Jurong Penjuru Dormitory (II) is expected to receive T.O.P. around June 2007. Interested parties may contact our Marketing Department. However, the marketing of the units in this dormitory is expected to take off in November 2006.
