Mini Environment Service started operations in 1976 as a sole proprietorship. Its key area of work was then in environment cleaning, actively involving itself in the government's Flood Alleviation Plan projects. As it diversified, it secured a number of construction contract work, supporting main contractors and developers like Obayashi Corporation, Rush & Tomkin, Hyundai (Marina Bay Development Project), Nishimatsu – Lum Chang, Penta Ocean, the L & M Group, Sum Cheong Piling, Woh Hup Pte Ltd, Yong Nam Engineering Ltd, BBR, and Reliance Construction, among others. It is a testament to Mini Environment Service's belief in providing reliable service, adapting to changes, and a willingness to take on new challenges that now, nearly 30 years later, it is still supporting most of these companies.

In 1984, Mini Environment Service Pte Ltd (MESPL) was incorporated, and so began a journey that is still on going. Business turnover and asset ownership had grown manifold. With the reliance of various labour intensive industries on guest workers, MESPL knew that the management of foreign workers was fast becoming something that required attention. The company moved towards providing a one-stop service to support the industries' needs in the field of foreign worker recruitment, management, accommodation, transportation, and food provision. Began acquiring fleet of lorries for use in various projects In mid ‘90s, diversified into the transport and delivery service industry our Fleet size is now 36, including mid-sized & large lorries.

Our mission is to provide quality accommodation for foreign workers in the manufacturing, marine and
shipbuilding, petrochemical, and construction industries as well as for foreign students. This is to
assure our clients of our undivided attention and services to best accommodate their foreign workforce
and students.

OUR OBJECTIVES
We are passionate about building and operating quality dormitories to house our guest workers and
foreign students, so that they would enjoy living in hygienic and comfortable accommodation amid safe
and secure conditions at affordable prices.
