Property Manager
Perform complex property management work.
Expertise in Customer Relation & Workers Management
Managing and coordinating property operations, maintenance, and administrative functions.
Assign and supervise the work of others.
Work under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Security Manager
Apply knowledge of security management practices and procedures.
Sound judgment and discretion in application of regulation and procedure.
Security management and program knowledge is required.
Management of fire protection and/or occupational safety and health programs.
Accountant
erform variety of accounting activities related to the payment and receipt of money.
Compute, classify, record, and reconcile transactions into the financial accounting systems.
Check transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies.
Apply a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
Accounts Assistant
Receive and record invoices and arrange payment
Prepare and send invoices
Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities
Prepare financial statements and debtors' listings
Verify recorded transactions
Driver
Possess Class 3/4 Driving License
Prepare route to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient deliveries.
Inspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and water.
Responsible for preventive maintenance on vehicles.
Maintain cleanliness of the inside of the truck.
Drive truck to deliver supplies to customer's place of business.
Maintain radio contact with supervisor to receive expedited delivery instructions.
Cargo Helper
Load and unload trucks.
Verify load against shipping manifest.
Record sales or delivery information on daily sales and delivery record.
Obtain customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
Perform all task assigned in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
